Information for vegetarians
When contacting us, please always mention if you are vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, or if you just don't eat certain things like fish, shellfish, or red meat. We will prepare vegetarian dishes and other variations in parallel to the regular dishes.
Peruvian Classics meal: - can easily be modified for vegetarians and vegans - mushroom ceviche if you don't eat fish - 'vegetales saltados' if you don't eat beef - dishes except dessert can be done gluten-free - does not contain any nuts - can be done lactose-free Standard lunch meal: - can be modified for vegetarians, (not vegans) - mushroom ceviche if you don't eat fish - 'ají de habas' instead of 'ají de gallina' - dishes except dessert can be done gluten-free Andean Food with Quinoa: - can be modified for vegetarians (not vegan) - Quinoa soup without chicken - Quinotto with mushrooms or vegetables instead of trout - can be done gluten free Seafood meal - dishes with fish and shellfish - does not contain red or white meat Times and prices are the same as for the regular classes.
